This is the second novel in the Twilight series. It continues the story of Edward & Bella, and is a rollercoaster. Early on in the novel, Edward decides that it's best for Bella that he leave her, rather than risk hurting her. So Bella becomes closer friends with Jacob, who has a secret of his own. The matter is further complicated when Bella begins doing dangerous things, feeling that she refuses to keep a promise to be safe when the promise to stay with her was broken. She risks her life several times, and the ending will blow you away.
New Moon flows brilliantly with Twilight, and the seamless transition from one to the other only leaves you thirsting for Eclipse.

This was by far one of the more suspenseful books in the series, further sucking you into the books (as if you needed to be more enthralled)
